It’s surprisingly common to speak to ourselves with criticism or judgment without even realizing it. These subtle, negative messages can create tension in the mind, body, and spirit, leading to unnecessary stress and a sense of discontent.
Showing compassion to others often comes naturally. But offering that same warmth inward can feel foreign or uncomfortable. Learning to extend loving-kindness to yourself opens the heart and fosters inner peace, well-being, and self-trust.
In this mini-course, you’ll learn gentle ways to cultivate a more self-loving mindset. You’ll experience a guided visualization to help you feel what loving-kindness toward yourself is like, followed by reflective journaling prompts to deepen awareness and self-understanding.

To help anchor this shift, we’ll close with a creative exercise. Through the process of artmaking, you’ll embody your intentions and let creativity become the bridge between self-reflection and transformation.
